How Does Your Cleaning Service Work?
It's very simple. A supervisor will visit you for approximately 10-15 minutes to review the size and condition of your property. During our visit we will give you a cost estimate. We will then schedule your cleaning service, always doing our best to schedule a time that is most convenient for you.

We offer house cleaning in North Lake Tahoe (including Incline Village, Crystal Bay, Kings Beach, Carnelian Bay, Tahoe City, Northstar),Truckee and Reno and Carson.
Are You Privately Owned or Part of a Franchise?
We are not a franchise. We are a privately owned and operated cleaning service.
Who Will Clean My Property?
All of our team members are screened and trained. They are all very friendly, honest and professional and are required to speak, read and write English.
How Many People Will Clean My Property?
It depends on the size of your property and its general condition.
Do I Have to Be Home While You Clean?
Only if you prefer. Many of our clients provide us with keys or lock box numbers if they can't be at home during our visit. Or you can leave your keys with a neighbor or any predetermined location. It's completely up to you.
Do I Provide Cleaning Equipment or Products?
No. We will arrive fully equipped with our own cleaning equipment and products. However, some clients prefer that we use their own cleaning supplies, which we're happy to accommodate.
Do I Tip the Cleaning Crew?
Gratuities are optional. Our team members work very hard and they always appreciate tips, but they never expect it. So it's entirely up to you.
What Type of Cleaning Services Do You Offer?
We offer a variety of services to fit your personal needs. We can provide you with a general cleaning of all rooms and surfaces or a deeper cleaning inside cabinets, closets and appliances. All of your needs can be discussed when we visit your home or office during the free consultation.
Do You Clean Windows?
No, however we are partners with SunBright Window Cleaning and will be happy to refer them to you.
Do You Clean Carpets?
We vacuum carpets but do not shampoo carpets.
Are You Licensed and Insured?
Yes. We are fully licensed (Business Lic #NV20121321770) and insured up to $1 million dollars.
Do You Offer Same Day Service?
We prefer 24 to 48 hours notice. However, we will always do our best to provide you with same day service, especially if its an emergency situation.
What Are Your Rates?
Rates are based on square footage, estimated hours, number of rooms, floor levels and the general condition of each location. Call us for a free evaluation.
How Do I Pay for Cleaning Service?
We accept cash, checks and credit cards at the time of service. Monthly billing can be arranged for corporate accounts.
How Long Does Each Cleaning Take?
It depends on the size and condition of each home or office.
What If I'm Not Satisfied with the Cleaning?
If you are unsatisfied, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to your home or office to re-clean any areas in question.
Do I Have to Sign a Contract?
We require no contracts except for larger corporate accounts that prefer monthly billing. A handshake and a smile is all we need.
